The USS Odyssey, NCC-76101 is an Odyssey-class Exploration Cruiser.
First of its line of exploration ships, the Odyssey-class is the spiritual successor to the Galaxy-class. The ship is intended for deep space exploration, while accommodating the needs of being a community in space. The line takes many nods to the Galaxy-class, while integrating advances made in starship engineering.
